Jose Padilla

I am a 23 year seasoned real estate professional with 200+ closed transactions to date throughout the SF Bay Area. I began my real estate career as a loan officer in 2003 at Ameriquest Mortgage Company so I can help demystify home lending process for you as needed.

From 2010 until 2013 I moved to Madrid, Spain but my love for the Bay Area and my family could keep me away no longer. My experience living abroad has given me a unique perspective on what makes California, but more importantly, Silicon Valley so extraordinary. I will be happy to share with you.

Although fond of mortgage lending, in 2014 I dove into the Realtor side of the business, and hit the ground running! And in 2018 I was awarded a top 1% negotiator award, from Homelight! A prestigious distinction.

I cultivate relationships with my clients through education, asking the right questions and by leveraging my network. I attribute my success by knowing how to determine a clients´ underlying needs through empathic listening, merging them with a clients´ means, to achieve the ultimate, tailored solution for every situation.
